Updated Shipping Costs 18/06/2025

Hello folks, today I had to make the hard decision to increase our shipping costs again, we increased them a few months ago due to an expected increase in the costs we have to ship items, but we rather underestimated what this would be. 

Sadly it seems the cost is far greater than expected as our delivery service has also added a 30p per package collection fee that doesn't not change based on size or quantity, meaning we're paying a considerable amount extra shipping with big releases. Along with the recently increased prices from them as well it just isn't sustainable to keep free shipping an available option. and has in a handful of cases caused us to loose money on orders.

As we sell everything at a discount usually 10% off the RRP we don't exactly make a lot of money here to begin with. Especially on certain highly popular lines. 

We have now added tiered shipping based on the value of orders to allow us to better cover the costs on them.

Orders under £120 are still priced at £4.00 (Our Old Rate)

Orders over £120 are now priced at £6.00 

(Riftbound has been used as an example as it is a popular upcoming item that has products at various prices)

Even at these prices we don't not make a profit on shipping and in some cases still loose money as it does not factor in the weight of an item that may increase the price. But these prices do allow us to maintain our shipping practices and allow us to continue to operate without working at a loss.

How we worked out our pricing?

Well its quite simple, below is the maths of how we figure it out.

Standard Tracked 48hr shipping costs: £3.45
Per Package collection Fee: 30p
Boxes cost between: 25-35p each 
Tape and Voidfill: 10p per package (an estimate as its hard to be certain.)

3.45+ 0.30+ 0.25+ 0.10= £4.10
Easily comes over the £4 shipping charge and still means we lose money.

Larger or heavier packages would have a Standard Tracked 48hr shipping fee of £6.80 before the additional costs are added.
