Shipping policy

In Stock Products will be shipped within 5 working days of the order being placed and using the shipping method selected at checkout. (Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.)

Pre Orders and Back Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, release dates for Pre Orders will be listed on the product page for selected products.

Please be aware that we take no liability for any supplementary costs incurred by you, the customer, caused by delayed, lost or misrouted orders. These costs may be recovered from the delivery company dependant on chosen delivery option during checkout. 

We no longer provide free shipping on items due to increased costs in doing so and that most orders went over our old free shipping limits. This lead us to be loosing money on some orders and could not reasonably continue.

We have now added tiered shipping based on the value of orders to allow us to better cover the costs on them.

Orders under £120 are still priced at £4.00 (Our Old Rate)

Orders over £120 are now priced at £6.00 

Even at these prices we don't not make a profit on shipping and in some cases still loose money as it does not factor in the weight of an item that may increase the price. But these prices do allow us to maintain our shipping practices and allow us to continue to operate without working at a loss.

Some packages we had sent before the change were individually coming to £8+ on a semi regular basis and this is not sustainable. Our hopes are removing the free shipping for items on large orders will help cover these cost better in the future.
